Wells Fargo Becomes Latest to Ban Credit Card Crypto Purchases

Wells Fargo has become the latest bank to announce that it will ban all cryptocurrency purchases under the Wells Fargo name. This follows a number of other banks such as Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America who have recently imposed similar bans on their customers. Wells Fargo is one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S., and seeing such a large financial player restricting its clients from accessing the cryptocurrency market has some worried.
