Bitcoin plummets below $10,000 after SEC says cryptocurrency exchanges need to register
The SEC stated that cryptocurrency exchanges that trading digital assets which are considered to be securities need to register with the agency. On that news, Bitcoin quickly plunged over 10 percent to below $9,600 amid the concerns about the increased regulation.
