#Binance Completes Distribution of Initial #BTT Airdrop
Binance has completed the distribution of the initial BTT airdrop as part of the overall BTT airdrop program.
The distribution of BTT was calculated at a rate of 1 TRX = 0.1097681177 BTT and was based on a snapshot of TRX balances at a block height of 6,600,000 at 2019/02/11 15:59:15 AM (UTC).
Please note: TRX balances under 100 TRX (including those in trade orders) were not eligible for the airdrop.
Details on the airdrop program are as follows:
Initial BTT Airdrop on 2019/02/11
For the first airdrop, corresponding to 1.1% of the total BTT token supply, they will take a snapshot of all TRX balances on Binance at block height 6,600,000 on the TRON blockchain (estimated to be 2019/02/11) and distribute BTT to TRX holders at a ratio of 1 TRX = 0.11 BTT.
Monthly BTT Airdrop Program
Binance will also support the monthly airdrop program of BTT. They will take a snapshot of TRX balances at 0:00 (UTC) on the 11th day of each month and distribute BTT based on the following calculation:
BTT received by User A = Amount of TRX held by User A at the time of snapshot / Total TRX held by Binance at the time of snapshot * Total BTT received by Binance based on total TRX holdings for the respective monthly airdrop.
The amount of BTT airdropped each month from 2019 to 2025 is as follows:
2019/03/11 - 2020/02/11: 990,000,000 BTT airdropped to TRX holders on the 11th day of each month during this period
2020/03/11 - 2021/02/11: 1,072,500,000 BTT airdropped to TRX holders on the 11th day of each month during this period
2021/03/11 - 2022/02/11: 1,155,000,000 BTT airdropped to TRX holders on the 11th day of each month during this period
2022/03/11 - 2023/02/11: 1,237,500,000 BTT airdropped to TRX holders on the 11th day of each month during this period
2023/03/11 - 2024/02/11: 1,320,000,000 BTT airdropped to TRX holders on the 11th day of each month during this period
2024/03/11 - 2025/02/11: 1,402,500,000 BTT airdropped to TRX holders on the 11th day of each month during this period
Please note:
TRX tokens that are pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of each snapshot will not count towards your TRX balance. Please ensure you leave sufficient time for deposits and withdrawals to complete prior to the snapshot.
TRX balances under 100 TRX (including those in trade orders) will not be eligible for the airdrop.
